I totally understand! It can be really frustrating when you're promised something but never given an exact date. It's like they just keep stringing you along and you never know when you'll actually get what you were promised. It can definitely be a bit traumatic, especially if it's something you've been looking forward to for a while. It's understandable to feel a bit of PTSD from the word soon!
