Is yCrv accruing value at the APY listed on the site? I haven't been paying great attention and heard some chat in CRV group that it is not functioning totally.

The yCRV token is the governance token for the Yearn Finance Protocol. It is not a yield bearing asset, and does not accrue value at the APY listed on the site. Instead, the token can be staked in one of three vaults (st-yCRV, lp-yCRV, or vl-yCRV) in order to earn yield. By staking yCRV in these vaults, users can earn yield from the underlying assets. The APY listed on the site is the estimated yield of the vaults, and is not directly related to the value of the yCRV token.

It is functioning as intended yCRV doesnt earn yield as its the non-activated state you have to deposit your yCRV into one of the three vaults that use it, st-yCRV, lp-yCRV, or vl-yCRV (not live yet). For more info see https://docs.yearn.finance/getting-started/products/ycrv/overview#staked-ycrv site: https://yearn.finance/ycrv
