The price of wstETH is higher than that of ETH because wstETH is a wrapped token that acts as an interest bearing token. This means that holders of wstETH can earn interest on their holdings, which can increase the price of the token. StETH, on the other hand, is a rebase token, meaning that its value is determined by the amount of ETH locked in its smart contract. As stETH is a bit smaller than ETH, its price is lower. To make an informed decision about investing in wstETH or stETH, it is important to do some research into the differences between the two tokens and their associated risks.
