um..sorry I clarify a bit for example the APY I see from pancakeswap is 10%, if I use beefy for the same pair, I will get (10%-4.5%)=5.5% or (10%*94.5%)=9.45%?

The APY you see from PancakeSwap is 10%. If you use Beefy for the same pair, you will get a lower APY of 9.45%. This is because Beefy charges a 4.5% fee on all trades, which is then subtracted from the APY you would otherwise receive. This means that the APY you receive when using Beefy is (10% * 94.5%) = 9.45%.
