Answer: If you don't see your BTC, ETH, and stablecoin vaults listed in the "My Vaults" area, the first step is to clear all filters by clicking the "Clear All" button. Then, click on "My Vaults" and check the "Retired" box in the filter section. This should allow you to view any vaults that have been retired, including any BTC, ETH, and stablecoin vaults that you may have withdrawn before the issue happened. If you are still unable to locate your vaults, it is possible that they were withdrawn before the issue occurred. To confirm this, you can contact the customer support team for further assistance.
