It would be useful to see an increase in LP since the last harvest to gain confidence that you are actually earning something from your farming efforts. One way to track this is to use an Excel spreadsheet to record the LP amount between time frames. Alternatively, you can use a tool like Zerion to track your LP over time. To check when the last vault harvest occurred, you can open the UI on the vault page and find the "Last Harvest" (top right). Then, in the Strategy module click "Strategy Address" and in the chain's explorer go to the "Events" tab to find the "StratHarvest" transactions and deduct the frequency from that. This will give you a better idea of how much LP you have earned since the last harvest and help you gain confidence in your farming efforts.
