As @mimaklas said above, posting on gov.curve.fi would be a great start. I would guess most have not heard of Mixin Network, including myself. A thread on gov. would allow you share with the DAO, who you are, what your chain is and what distinguishes it from other L2's, and most importantly, why or how Curve would benefit from putting resources into expanding there.
