I see. So say for an example that the government came out with super harsh regulation and shut down the front end for curve/AAVE and all crypto in general (similar to something like online pokers Black Friday in America), what would be the next step to accessing your funds? Possible to access the site/funds with out of country IP?

If the government were to come out with super harsh regulations and shut down the front end for Curve/AAVE and all crypto in general, it would be possible to access your funds without an out-of-country IP. One way to do this would be to interact directly with the smart contract, as it can't be blocked. Alternatively, you could deploy your own front page on your computer, allowing you to access your funds without relying on the front end provided by the government. This would be a more complicated solution, however, and would require a certain level of technical expertise.
