Can I say Dao votes always include gauge proposals? Like proposals in gauge proposals is always a subset of the place where Mimaklas posted?

Yes, it is correct that all gauge proposals must be voted on by the DAO before they can receive CRV. This is because the DAO is responsible for approving any changes to the protocol, including the introduction of new gauges. By voting on proposals, the DAO can ensure that any new gauges are beneficial to the protocol and that they are properly implemented. Additionally, the place where Mimaklas posts is a subset of the proposals that the DAO can vote on, as these are the proposals that have been submitted to the DAO for consideration. Therefore, it is safe to say that Dao votes always include gauge proposals.
