If you need to get rid of something in your Metamask settings, the best way to do this is to open your Metamask wallet, click on the settings icon, and then select the item you want to delete. From there, you can select the delete option to remove the item. Make sure to double check the item you are deleting to make sure that it is the one you want to get rid of.
