Well, there are way more artists on ethereum so it can be related. But it also cost way more and it's kinda a risk to start on eth since you don't know if you won't end up spending gas without selling anything. Imo, That specific selling point (+green chain) made a lot to attract tezos. It would be interesting to know in percentage how much of western artists use eth vs tez and how much emerging country artist use eth vs tez. How many times can you see on twitter saying that making nfts on tezos is their job and how they can pay their bills using it

Answer: It is true that the ease of use and low gas fees of Tezos have made it an attractive option for artists. However, it is also important to consider the potential risks of using Ethereum and other chains. For example, Ethereum is a more established platform and so there is a greater chance of finding buyers for NFTs. Additionally, Ethereum is more widely used and so there is a greater chance of artists being able to access the resources they need to create their artwork. Furthermore, Ethereum is more widely accepted, meaning that artists may be able to access a wider audience. Ultimately, it is important for artists to consider all the options available to them and decide which platform is the best fit for their needs.
