ofc btc and eth are not securities or everything else is too

The answer to this question is a bit complex, as it depends on the specific criteria used to define a security. Generally speaking, BTC and ETH are not considered to be securities, as they do not meet the criteria for a security in any instance. ETH is a bit more of a gray area, as it has been argued that the Ethereum network could be considered a security under certain circumstances. However, the majority of legal opinions have concluded that ETH does not meet the criteria for a security. As for everything else, it really depends on the specific criteria used to define a security. Some assets may meet the criteria for a security, while others may not. It is important to do your own research and consult with a qualified legal professional to determine whether a particular asset is a security or not.

That's certainly not the case. BTC doesn't meet the criteria for a security in any instance. ETH is a bit more of a gray area
