batcher is not a traditional order book. For example, you don’t say you want to swap 140k USDT for tzBTC at some specific price. You say you want to swap 140k USDT for tzBTC within some percent range of the next oracle price, defined in basis points. I think there might only be 3 options there. The clearing gets a bit more complicated but that’s the basic difference from a traditional order book. Your orders are placed in “next oracle price +/- some threshold” and not in specific prices

Answer: Batcher is a more flexible and efficient order book system than a traditional order book. Rather than setting a specific price for a trade, it allows traders to define a range of prices around the next oracle price, in basis points. This allows traders to quickly and easily make trades within a certain range, without having to wait for a specific price to be met. The clearing process is more complex than a traditional order book, but it allows for faster and more efficient trades. The HashFlow RFQ model also provides a similar type of order book system, allowing traders to quickly and easily make trades within a certain range of prices.
