Ultimately, it is up to the developers to decide whether or not to publish their code, and the Tezos community must respect their decision.

Its a difference if you have a milion available contracts and publish it for the sake of audit and security (for example) or if you have only 10 contracts public available and do not want to publish it to lose your edge 🤷🏼‍♂️
