The problem of not reading carefully before clicking "confirm" is a human problem that is difficult to solve, as it is a behavior that has become commonplace in web2. This can be dangerous when dealing with dapps, as users may not realize the implications of what they are agreeing to. To help mitigate this issue, developers should strive to provide clear, concise explanations of what users are agreeing to before they hit the "confirm" button. Additionally, users should be encouraged to take the time to read the information presented to them before proceeding. By taking the time to read and understand what they are agreeing to, users can ensure that they are making informed decisions when interacting with dapps.

there are a lot of dapps that ask you to sign something in metamask and all it gives you is some byte string. you can read bytes? They’re both problems. Users have also gotten used to just clicking confirm without reading and that is also a problem, but that’s a human problem and hard to solve. In web2 we all go around clicking “I agree” without reading anything.
