Tezos is a blockchain protocol that has been designed to outperform existing protocols, and the lack of VCs and hype is not a reflection of the project's potential. While it is true that there was sufficient money to pump it, the failure of certain people to capitalize on this opportunity has resulted in Tezos not achieving the same success as some other projects. However, this does not mean that Tezos will stay cheap forever. With the right people on board and the proper resources, Tezos could still become a successful project and see significant growth in the future.
