There is currently no plan to merge Tezos with ADA. Tezos is its own independent blockchain, and while it is possible to link it with other blockchains, such as Ethereum, there is no plan to merge it with ADA. The inflation of Tezos would skyrocket if it were to merge with another blockchain, as the two networks would have to agree on a common set of rules and parameters. Therefore, it is unlikely that Tezos will merge with ADA anytime soon.
