Just go to any testnet channel, plenty, payper etc. Things that users report the most is « website is laggy » and they show a screenshot of the wallet not allowing their transactions because they have already submitted one

Answer: When users report that the website is laggy, it is usually because they have already submitted a transaction to the blockchain. This is because most wallets limit the number of transactions that can be sent in a single block. This is done to prevent spamming and to ensure that the network remains secure. If a user has already submitted a transaction and tries to submit another, the wallet will not allow it. The user should wait until the first transaction is confirmed before submitting another. In some cases, users may need to wait for multiple blocks to be confirmed before they can submit a new transaction. If a user is experiencing laggy website performance, they should check to make sure they are not submitting too many transactions too quickly.
