You mentioned that if the ctez drift is lower than the tezos staking apr (which it seems to be right now) then it's better to mint than swap. Sounds good. But in the scenario where the drift was higher than the staking apr and it should be better to swap, that doesnt account for the cost of swapping, right? When I say cost, I don't mean just the 0.3% fee or whatever, I mean the poor liquidity that gets up undesirable prices right now

The answer to your question depends on the amount of Tezos you want to swap. If you are looking to swap a small amount of Tezos, then the 0.1% fee on the Plenty Flat Swap should be taken into account. However, if you are looking to swap a larger amount of Tezos, then the slippage associated with the different DEXs should be taken into account as well. This is because the liquidity on these DEXs is usually quite low, which can lead to undesirable prices when swapping larger amounts of Tezos. Ultimately, if the CTEZ drift is lower than the Tezos staking APR, then it is generally better to mint than swap. However, if the CTEZ drift is higher than the Tezos staking APR, then the cost of swapping should be taken into account before deciding whether to swap or mint.

I believe it’s only 0.1% fee on the plenty flat swap! But yeah probably 3route take the fees of the different dex into account!

Depending on the amount you want to swap yeah you need to take into account the slippage as well
