For Kolibri, you only pay the 0.5% APR stability on the kUSD you borrow, right? It's not on the whole vault, correct?

Yes, you only pay the 0.5% APR stability on the kUSD you borrow. This is because the kUSD is the only asset in the Kolibri Vault that you can borrow against. The other assets in the vault are not available for borrowing and thus you don't pay any stability fees for them.
