However, when it comes to smart contracts, 1000 tps is still much better than many other blockchains, including Ethereum. This is because Ethereum is much more centralized than many other blockchains, making it more vulnerable to attack. Additionally, many smart contracts on Ethereum are not as secure as those on other blockchains, making them more susceptible to hacks. Tezos is also working on Layer 2 solutions which could potentially increase the TPS rate. Overall, 1000 tps is still much better than many other blockchains, and Tezos is working on solutions to further improve it.
