The XDC Network is suitable for users of most all skill levels, including beginners. While deep knowledge of blockchain technology is not required, a general understanding of smart contracts will be needed on any EVM-compatible platform. That said, there are tools to bring smart contract beginners up to speed quickly. The XDC developer community offers a supportive and encouraging environment — a place to get answers, share ideas, and learn from each other. As developers become more involved on the network and with the community, there are ways they can contribute to the XIP process. There is extensive documentation for navigating the network in the XDC Community docs GitBook. As mentioned, our new website launching in Q1 2023 will offer a range of tools for developers — access to tutorials (free and otherwise), how-to articles, developer workshops, a terminology guide and FAQs, network technical specifications, and more.
