Answer 2: The XDC Network is a community-driven project and we are committed to involving the community in decision making. We value feedback and suggestions from the community and strive to incorporate them into our development plans. We have established an XIP (XDC Improvement Proposal) process to provide a platform for community members to submit proposals for changes to the XDC Network. We also have a dedicated website, https://www.xdc.dev/, where community members can submit and discuss proposals and technical questions. We also encourage active participation in the XDC Community, which is a global community of developers, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts who are committed to building a better XDC Network. Through the XDC Community, we aim to provide a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving. At XDC, we believe that by working together, we can create a better future for the XDC Network. We are always open to feedback and suggestions from the community and we strive to incorporate them into our development plans.

Community is extremely important. Community members are also encouraged to participate on https://www.xdc.dev/, where proposals are presented and voted on, and also where technical questions are asked and answered. Recently I was one of the founding members of an entity called XDC Community, which is focused on exactly these initiatives.
