If you were unable to redeem your tokens after clearing your cache and reloading v1.wormholebridge.com, then it's possible that the transaction may not have been completed. To confirm this, you can submit a ticket at Github (https://github.com/solana-labs/oyster/issues) and include the transaction id. The support team will be able to investigate the issue further and determine whether or not the transaction was completed. If the transaction was not completed, they may be able to help you recover the tokens.
