Can you try hard-refreshing your browser, please? Close all tabs/other open windows (to ensure that no other protocol is connected to your wallet) and then “Control+F5” if you are on Windows. “CMD+SHIFT+R” if you're on macOS. Then clear your cache. After that, please open a new tab and try the redeem steps again: https://portalbridge.com/#/redeem You just need to enter your source chain and the corresponding transaction id (which you can find in your wallet, or with your address in the blockchains explorer)
