Klaytn is a Layer 1 PoS Blockchain network, with smart contracts that is utilizing the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). It has a hybrid model with a mixture of public and private blockchain networks. Bridging between legacy institutions and crypto. Our focus is on the metaverse, Game-fi, and the creator economy content. In Klaytn, there are three types of nodes, CN (Consensus Node), PN (Proxy Node) and EN (Endpoint Node). CNs are managed by CCOs (Core Cell Operators) and are in charge of block generation. These blocks are verified by all nodes in the network. It also has a special-type node called bootnode, which helps the newly joined nodes to register to the network and to discover other nodes to connect with. In addition, Klaytn also has nodes and validators, which are common components of most blockchain networks. Validators are a type of node that play a key role in the consensus process of a blockchain network, verifying the validity of transactions and adding them to the blockchain.
