In order to become a block validator in the Klaytn ecosystem, one must meet the minimum qualifications that are currently being finalized. These qualifications are not yet available but will be released in time and will be open to anyone who meets the requirements. As of now, the Governance Council (GC) node operators are the only ones who can participate in the Klaytn ecosystem. Once the qualifications are finalized, anyone will be able to participate as a block validator and join the Klaytn ecosystem.
