Unfortunately, there are currently no faucets available that work with Kukai. The only way to get Tez into Kukai is to send it from nearly any exchange, or to buy it directly with a credit card. This is a bit of a bummer, as faucets can be a great way to get started with a new wallet. Hopefully, someone will create a Kukai-compatible faucet in the future. In the meantime, the options available to get Tez into Kukai should suffice.
