Kukai relies on the collection api from objktcom (not just collections create there, they capture others too) and we will soon add the data from work Baking Bad/tzKT is doing on collection data. If you get your contract into objktcom api and later BB/tzKT then it will be automatically displayed properly in Kukai and throughout the ecosystem
