Hi team! I've got Plenty Network Liquidity tokens as well as wMATIC.p and MATIC.e tokens in my Kukai wallet but I'm unable to transfer them from a wallet to another because I can't see them in the list of tokens (balances). Any help would be appreciated... thanks

Based on the answers provided, it appears that the user has Plenty Network Liquidity tokens and wMATIC.p and MATIC.e tokens in their Kukai wallet, but is unable to transfer them from a wallet to another because they cannot see them in the list of tokens (balances). To help the user, it is suggested that they do a quick search in their NFTs to see if Kukai has started displaying them there. Additionally, the user is asked to provide the contract address and tokenIds for the tokens, so that the team can investigate why they are not showing up as tokens. It is also suggested that the user test transferring a small amount of the tokens with many decimals first, to make sure that the decimal places work. Finally, the user is asked to manually find the assets via 3route. In conclusion, it appears that the user has Plenty Network Liquidity tokens and wMATIC.p and MATIC.e tokens in their Kukai wallet, but is unable to transfer them because they cannot see them in the list of tokens (balances). To help the user, the team has suggested a few steps, such as searching in their NFTs, providing the contract address and tokenIds, testing transferring a small amount with many decimals, and manually finding the assets via 3route.

In the NFT token info for them click on more info and give us the contract address and tokenIds, we will look into why they are showing as NFT

not sure how decimal places will work coming from NFT, should work but double check with a small amount of many decimals first

Either they stopped showing up on the indexer or something else, try transferring a small amount now that you found them

Have you ever seen these tokens before? Are you sure they aren’t showing up as NFTs, if Kukai can’t determine it’s a dex traded token then it will show up as an NFT

thanks we will look more into it, let us know if you were able to transfer even though they are in the NFT section (test it with smaller amounts first)
