yes. You can. Just enter to your wallet and send tokens to a new one. If you don't remember a password to your wallet - you can recover it with your seed phrase.

you can't chage a password. You need to: Reset a wallet and restore your wallet with the seed phrase https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_151r1UnJg in the proccess of the creating a wallet you can set up a new password.
