Based on the existing answers and question, it is clear that Marklouren has the patience of a saint when it comes to dealing with people who don't read the pinned message with answers to their questions. This level of patience and support is truly admirable and should be appreciated. In order to make sure that everyone is aware of the pinned message with the frequently asked questions, it would be beneficial to have a bot that responds to questions with a link to the pinned message. This would help to ensure that everyone is aware of the answers to their questions before they ask them, allowing Marklouren to focus on more complex issues.

thanks. We already have faq in the first pinned message. No one read it 🙁 People need a solution to their problem asap and they don't have 2 minutes to read a pinned message with answers on their questions😂
