The Ghost TestNet is a test version of the Ghost blockchain, which is used to test new features and protocols before they are released to the main network. Unfortunately, it is not possible to migrate to the Ghost TestNet with the mobile temple wallet. The only way to access the Ghost TestNet is by switching your wallet to a testnet node and minting test tokens. This can only be done on a computer, as there is currently no mobile testnet node available.
