Why is launching a stableswap 500 quipu? Wouldn't it incentivize people to launch stableswaps on other platforms?

Launching a stableswap on the Tezos blockchain is an important step in creating a decentralized and trustless financial system. By requiring a 500 Quipu fee, it incentivizes people to launch stableswaps on the Tezos network, as they will be rewarded with a portion of the fee in the form of development fees and Quipu stakers fees. Additionally, half of the fee is burnt, which benefits Quipu holders. This helps to create a more liquid and secure market for stableswap users, as well as providing an incentive for people to launch new pools on the Tezos network.

Here’s the problem with this….. there is no benefit to the person that has to pay the 500 Quipu making the pool …. But, there will a benefits all around if new pools get created…..liquidity, dev fees, Quipu stakers fees

There is no other platforms on Tezos to launch it in the decentralised way. The half of the fee funds development, half of the fee is burnt to benefit QUIPU holders
