The vetoing process on Quipuswap has been a source of concern for many users, as it allows a baker to be vetoed for doing no wrong. The issue with the old pools was that the governance design allowed any user with enough LP tokens to veto a baker, regardless of whether they had done anything wrong or not. This issue has been addressed in the new Dex 2.0 pools, as only admins can veto bakers. This ensures that only bakers who have violated the rules or acted in bad faith can be banned. In order to know which pools are on the old Dex and which ones are on Dex 2.0, you can check the Quipuswap website. All of the active pools are listed on the Dex 2.0 page, so you can easily see which pools are on the new version. If you are unsure, you can also contact the Quipuswap team for more information.

It was an issue with the governance design of the old pools. In Dex 2.0 pool the problem is addressed and only admin can ban the baker of community asks. So, you can move your liquidity to new pools

The problem with the veto process in Quipuswap pools. A baker can get vetoed for doing no wrong. If the person who vetoed the baker becomes the new baker for the pool he can be vetoed as well by the original baker. All that has to be done is to acquire enough LP tokens. Now two bakers are banned for 3 months….was this the intention of the veto process?

How does one know which pools are on the “old” Dex and the ones on Dex 2.0?
