Answer: When the risk of your loan is over 80%, it means that the amount of your loan is growing at a faster rate than the interest you are earning on your collateral. This is because the borrowing fees are greater than the base lending APR, causing the loan to increase in size. As a result, your risk of defaulting on the loan is increasing. To reduce your risk, you should consider either increasing the amount of collateral you have deposited or reducing the amount of the loan. Additionally, you should take advantage of the mining rewards that are credited to your USDD wallet each month and the interest earned on your collateral, as these can help to offset the borrowing fees and reduce your risk.

Your collateral gathers lending interest that's continuously adding up in the currency of collateral, i.e. the deposit grows every minute or so. Plus, there are mining rewards (the biggest bonus), which count separately in USDD, and get credited once a month directly to your USDD wallet. The borrowing fees continuously cause your loan to grow. In case, the base lending APR is smaller than loan APR your risk will slowly increase
